So, I've been neglecting this blog!  I apologize if there are any of you who check it faithfully for updates (although I doubt that ).  Anyway, I'm back!
It was a pretty long and cold winter in Steger.  Spring has apparently sprung, but it's been cooler and rainy.  Simon, Joash and I spent 6 days in Florida at the end of March.  That was great!  For those of you on facebook, there are lots of pictures there!
We only have a few weeks left here.  We move back to Canada in May, after Simon graduates, of course.  In the meantime, there are a lot of things left to do here! 
Joash continues to learn and grow!  Lately, he loves to sing.  He knows "Jesus Loves Me" and the alphabet quite well.  He also is learning "My God is so Big" and a couple others. I've tried to capture his singing on video, but of course he doesn't cooperate.  But, here is one version of  "Jesus Loves Me."  I'll also post a few pics.  Because I can.

So, I'm currently trying to upload a video, but it's not working.  Other than that, things are going well here!  Simon is keeping very busy with school, and Joash is learning something new everyday.  It's amazing to watch how he grows and discovers things!  It's also a lot of fun!
We had a good weekend visiting with some friends and going downtown.  We had great (but a bit chilly) weather for walking around.  We also had a thanksgiving dinner with the Canadians at the seminary this past week, which was really nice.
Well, I'll try the video later.  Hopefully it'll work.  Maybe I'll post some pics too.
